Release Agent Application

The manifold sprayer provides a uniform layer of release agent to the surface of molds. Installed directly over an existing conveyor, the manifold sprayer is a simple add-on to an existing production line.

The release agent application chamber allows an automatic and uniform selective application.

The versatility of our coloration robot, the Color-I, allows it to double as a robotic release agent applicator. Equipped with up to 8 spraying nozzles, each connected to a separate pressure tank, the coloration robot could very easily and effectively be used as a release agent applicator.
