Automatic Pallet Destacker

The Automatic Pallet Destacker is used to dispense wood pallets. Entirely pneumatic and automated, the pallet destacker feeds a production line from stored piles. Installed above a conveyor, piles are placed directly inside the destacker with a forklift or an automatic handling system.

Operation

The cycle begins by “filling” the machine with a full stack by either a forklift or an automatic handling system. The wood pallets are then released onto a conveyor one at a time from the bottom of the stack. For smooth and continuous operation, a new stack must be provided before the first stack is fully dispensed.
