Automatic Stacker

The Automatic Stacker is installed over a conveyor where it is used to pile up molds or carriers to be then transported in a stack by a forklift or an automatic handling system. The Stacker enables automated transportation and storage in a stack.

Operation

The molds or carriers pile up in the Stacker from the bottom up, going one under the other. Once the vertical stack is complete, it can be removed from the Stacker by a forklift or an automatic handling system. The entire cycle can then repeat.
