Automatic Destacker

The Automatic Destacker is used to dispense stacks of molds or carriers. Entirely automated, the Destacker feeds a production line from stored piles. Installed above a conveyor, piles are placed directly in the Destacker with a forklift or an automatic handling system.

Operation

The cycle begins by “filling” the Destacker with a full stack by either a forklift or an automatic handling system. The molds or carriers are then released onto a conveyor one at a time from the bottom of the stack. For smooth and continuous operation, a new stack must be provided before the first stack is fully dispensed.
